8. DURATION AND TERMINATION

The circumstances that may cause a return/exchange are the following:

b) Defective product of origin: the exchange will always be made for the same item.
When we receive the product and verify its perfect condition, we will proceed to refund it, except for shipping costs if any.
If the item does not comply with point A, it will be returned postage collect.
